With a culture rooted in celebration, each of these programs was established to highlight our agent’s accomplishments. Club 200 recognizes agents who generate $200,000+ in margin for the calendar year with a trip to Las Vegas. A weekend of gambling, cocktails and neon lights? Count us in.
Our dedicated and tenacious freight agents who earn $500,00 or more in gross profit for the year are inducted into our Diamond Club. Such an iconic accomplishment calls for an equally monumental reward, which is why Diamond Club members are given a $5,000 Delta Airlines travel voucher, a $3,000 Marriott travel voucher and the opportunity to pick a destination of their choosing. Whether they want to snorkel in Maui or visit the Grand Canyon, the reward can be utilized to create new and unforgettable memories throughout the year.
Over the years, our agents continued shattering sales records, so we created the Elite Circle to honor the crème de la crème of freight brokers. Team members who earn $1 million or more in gross margin are rewarded with a once-in-a-lifetime experience for two.
