Club 200
The structure of Club 200 is entrepreneurial, just like everything else we do! Club 200 recognizes agents who have generated more than $200,000 in gross profits during the calendar year. We are thrilled to continue welcoming more and more agents into this program every year. In fact, we’ve hit a record number of Club 200 agents in 2022!
The Club 200 trip is a time to toast to the sales accomplishments of our successful team members. We fly our Club 200 inductees and their plus-one out to Las Vegas, Nevada! Our agents get to experience fine dining, world-class shows, live music, famous casinos, relaxing spas and shopping. And they also get to celebrate their outstanding achievements 800 feet above Sin City! The Tallgrass team dinner at the top of the Stratosphere is one of our favorite ways to toast to agents’ accomplishments while enjoying a phenomenal gourmet dinner and fantastic company.
Diamond Club
You bet exemplary achievements call for exemplary rewards. We wouldn’t have it any other way. So, as Tallgrass agents grew to new heights, we returned to the innovation drawing board and created something even more iconic: The Diamond Club. Ambitious freight agents who earn $500,000 or more in gross margin in one year are inducted into our Diamond Club. This commendable accomplishment deserves an outstanding reward — the reward that can take you anywhere.
Agents who qualify for the Diamond Club will receive a $5,000 Delta Airlines travel voucher, as well as a $3,000 Marriott travel voucher. Europe? Africa? Asia? It’s up to you! No destination is off the table. If you can dream it, the Diamond Club will get you there.
In addition to the travel vouchers, our Diamond Club members are invited to join Club 200 for our annual trip to Las Vegas. But we didn’t just stop there.
Elite Circle
The best freight agents in the nation call Tallgrass home, which is why we’ve established our most prestigious club of all, the Elite Circle. Fit for the most epic freight brokers, our Elite Circle is for those who earn $1,000,000 or more in gross margin in one year.
Elite Circle members are awarded with an iconic trip to any event, anywhere around the globe. Yeah, you read that right. When we say once-in-a-lifetime experience, we genuinely mean it.
