Club 200

We’ve structured Club 200 in a way that mirrors our entrepreneurial spirit. Club 200 recognizes gross profits on the revenue our agents generate. Agents welcomed into this club have generated more than $200,000 in gross profits during the calendar year. Freight agents with this level of gross profits are part of a rare group — a group we’re happy to celebrate!

Tallgrass Freight hosts an annual trip in January to Las Vegas, where we celebrate this extremely hardworking group of freight brokers! During this Sin City experience, we fly our agents who qualify for Club 200 and their plus-one out to enjoy fine dining, exceptional shows, live music, fun at the casinos, relaxing spas, world-class shopping and so much more. To top off this incredible experience, all Club 200 inductees toast to achievements during a delicious gourmet dinner, plus incredible wine and cocktails, at the top of the Stratosphere, 800 feet above Vegas. This weekend is always memorable!

Diamond Club

Our Diamond Club program is dedicated to rewarding our ambitious and committed agents who earn $500,000 or more in gross margin in one year. This outstanding achievement deserves an outstanding reward — the kind of reward that gives you the freedom to choose where it takes you.

Agents who qualify for the Diamond Club will receive a $5,000 Delta Airlines travel voucher, as well as a $3,000 Marriott travel voucher. Why a voucher instead of a dedicated trip? It’s all about the destination. No matter where you’ve been dreaming of traveling, this reward will get you there. Take several trips throughout the year or take one first-class trip across the world, the choice is yours. The reward can even be shared! If agents want to reward their team members, or fly family in for a memorable visit, the Diamond Club puts no limits on what the celebration looks like. 

In addition to the travel vouchers, our Diamond Club members are also invited to join Club 200 for our trip to Las Vegas.

Elite Circle

Elite Circle is our most iconic reward tier yet! The best freight agents in the country are right here at Tallgrass, and they’re invited to join our most prestigious club, the Elite Circle. Launched to our freight brokers in January 2021, this group is composed of the upper echelon: those who earn $1,000,000 or more in gross margin in one year. Our newest reward level, the Elite Circle celebrates our highest performing agents with once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
