Club 250
Club 250 recognizes agents who generate $250,000 or more in gross margin during the calendar year. We focus on gross profit, not just top-line revenue, because hitting that mark means an agent has built real momentum, strong processes, and a book of business that’s working for them. And yeah, we think that’s a really big deal! So how do we celebrate it? We do what Tallgrass does best: we go all in.
Every year, Club 250 qualifiers and their plus-ones are treated to an unforgettable, all-expenses-paid trip. From Las Vegas for several epic years to Riviera Maya in 2025 and our Punta Cana getaway in 2026, these trips are about more than just great food, incredible views and well-deserved rest and relaxation (though there’s plenty of that). They’re about stepping away from the grind, connecting with other agents and celebrating the work it took to get there.
Club 250 is also our way of celebrating the people behind the scenes. The spouses, partners and families who support the hustle deserve to be part of the win too. Because success at Tallgrass doesn’t happen alone, and we don’t celebrate it that way either.
Diamond Club
For agents who continue building beyond Club 250, Diamond Club marks the next level. The Diamond Club recognizes agents who generate $500,000 or more in gross margin during the year. This type of remarkable achievement calls for an equally iconic reward. Agents receive a $5,000 travel voucher, as well as a $3,000 Marriott travel voucher.
Whether that means flying first-class to a bucket-list destination, planning a big family vacation or enjoying a few weekend getaways throughout the year, these rewards are designed to fit your life. Where you go, how you travel, and when you take the trip are all up to you.
And because we firmly believe in working hard and playing hard, Diamond Club members are also invited to join our annual Club 250 trip. That means more time with great people and more chances to enjoy what you’ve built.
Elite Circle
Elite Circle is reserved for agents who generate $1 million or more in gross margin. This isn’t an everyday accomplishment, and we don’t treat it like one. Elite Circle members earn a truly one-of-a-kind trip for two to an event or destination of their choosing, anywhere in the world.
Want to travel halfway across the world to go on an African safari? Do it. Always dreamt about sitting courtside at Wimbledon? Now’s the time. Basically, if it’s on your bucket list, we will help you cross it off. And, just like our Diamond Club, we invite our Elite Circle members to join our Club 250 getaway.
