We structured Club 200 using an unconventional and fresh approach. Instead of top-line revenue, we recognize agents’ gross profits on the revenue they generate. Being part of Club 200 indicates that an agent has produced more than $200,000 in gross margin during the calendar year. And we think that’s something worth celebrating!

To celebrate this influential group, Tallgrass Freight hosts an annual trip to Las Vegas! Diamond Club

The Diamond Club is a program dedicated to rewarding our ambitious and driven agents that earn $500,000 or more in gross margin in one year. With this type of remarkable achievement, an iconic award is well-deserved. 

Agents receive a $5,000 travel voucher, as well as a $3,000 Marriott travel voucher. Wherever you have been dreaming of traveling to, this reward will get you there. Whether you want to fly first-class to a dream destination or spread things out and enjoy several trips throughout the year, options are limitless. The destination is up to you.
