After earning her Bachelor’s degree from Northwest Missouri State, Jordan Brady found herself in a marketing role. But shortly after, she found her passion in logistics when she was recruited to fill an e-shipping position. From leading an international imports team to becoming an account manager for distributions, Jordan quickly became a freight expert. And today, she has found her freight home here at Tallgrass.
In her position as Director of Agent Development, Jordan plays an integral role for new freight agents. She is constantly supporting their progress, conducting one-on-one coaching calls, offering expert advice and helping them scale their freight businesses.
As a veteran in the freight world, Jordan appreciates the structure of the Tallgrass freight agent program since there is nothing else truly like it! She is excited to provide agents the tools they need for success and offer them remarkable benefits including the Roundtable, mentorship, technology, reward incentives and more.

In addition to the friendly faces and welcoming atmosphere, Jordan enjoys how Tallgrass emphasizes work-life balance and flexibility. “One of the best parts of Tallgrass is the healthy balance between home and work,” she shares. “The flexibility has been amazing.”
When Jordan isn’t helping agents grow to new heights, she and her husband, Patrick, enjoy making dinner at home, going out with friends, game nights, traveling and experiencing new restaurants! They also love spending time with their two German Shepards, Maya and Grizzly.
