Dave Sullivan spends his days cultivating partners for the Tallgrass Freight agent team in his role as Senior Agent Recruiter. Based in Boston, and recruiting both in the New England region and around the country, Dave enjoys being part of a rapidly expanding company. “I love the way Tallgrass Freight is growing,” Dave says. “Your contributions can really move the needle here.”
Dave hasn’t always worked in recruiting. After earning his degree at Stonehill College, he began his career in call centers and continued on to finance before diving into the world of acting. After filming several independent films and working as an extra for productions such as National Treasure and Law and Order, Dave moved on to casting work and finally recruiting. Dave’s recruiting career has spanned multiple industries, including mobile advertisements and education publishing. When an opportunity at Tallgrass Freight, because of the opportunity to truly make an impact, was an enticing destination for Dave to continue his recruitment career.

“I love the fact that I’m not boxed in,” Dave shares — because the sky is truly the limit at Tallgrass. Outside work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife of more than a decade and his delightful daughter. “I’m so crazy about being a dad,” Dave adds. “Whenever I talk about my daughter, I get starry-eyed!” Dave loves to be a part of the community, playing basketball and attending church services. And he’s even working on a few screenplays, throwing it back to his passion for entertainment.
